Do-Yamamoto has dealt all demands from customers with integrity and sincerity. Below are just some examples of cases that we have dealt with in the past.

Case 1

Request

The person in charge at the time has retired, there are no maker brand or logo on the hose, even the type is unknown was requested by our customer.

 

Correspondence

We ask all the information in regards to the hose including the inside and outside diameter also the fluid characteristics. We then recommend a hose that is suitable for replacement, produce a compatible metal fittings and finalize it by crimping the fittings.

Case 2

Request

A customer suddenly called us saying that due to mistake in the order, they were informed that last night that one hose is missing. They need that hose at site by tomorrow morning for a certain project.

 

Correspondence

We confirmed our stock for the missing hose, immediately send a request to our factory, our staff delivered the hose immediately the next morning. The project went on smoothly without any problem.

Case 3

Request

 

Our customer suddenly received information that there are some missing hoses that arrived at site. That customer only informed us the situation without giving further details about the hose or the project.

 

Correspondence

Our sales person confirmed the condition of the site, prepared the necessary hoses according to the given specs, and promptly send our customer an estimate.

Request

No matter which company I contacted, they do not have it in stock.

Case 5

Request

Our customer was approached by a client who wants them to delivery their products straight to the client’s site overseas, however our customer has never exported their products and do not have the necessary knowledge to do so.

 

Correspondence

Our international business department has export import knowledge and experience; they have carried out export import business for a long time. We confirmed the products that our customer wanted to export, prepared the necessary shipping arrangements and helped our customer ship their products overseas straight to their client’s site.
